Dr. Lung-Sheng Chen is a distinguished scholar specializing in intellectual property and biotechnology law. He is an Associate Professor at the College of Law, National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taiwan. Dr. Chen has published extensively in his field and is the author of a well-regarded patent law textbook that offers a comprehensive yet concise analysis of Taiwan’s patent law. His research encompasses a broad range of intellectual property law issues, with recent focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence and intellectual property, as well as plant variety protection. An esteemed speaker, Dr. Chen frequently presents at symposia, conferences, and workshops on intellectual property topics, both in Taiwan and on the international stage.
